Job Description
We are looking for a retail media enthusiast eager to grow in digital marketing. Previous
experience at an agency or client-side. You are motivated, keen to learn, and passionate about
making a difference. We value a data geek who transforms numbers into compelling narratives
and tangible outcomes. While perfection is not mandatory, we are looking for someone
committed to continuous improvement and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Search and Display
  activations across non-Amazon retail networks (primarily Walmart, Target, and Criteo).

• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.

• Independently completing BAU tasks; including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily
  pacing, optimising, and reporting.

• Support the creation of professional client facing documents highlighting clear and
  actionable performance insights.

• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on campaign goals & objectives.

• Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices

  Qualifications:

• Knowledge & Experience Requirements.

• 1 year of experience working with search and/or display advertising campaigns (retail
  media, paid search, or paid social), preferably in an agency setting.

• Soft skills familiar with agency environments and strong attention to detail. Executives will
  be focused on daily pacing, campaign creation, optimizing, reporting, and any ad hoc
  requests and data pulls..

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets experience, with the ability to pull, organise, and analyse
  campaign data to spot trends and produce high-quality, client-ready documents.

• Bonus: prior experience with Walmart Connect, Target/Roundel, or Criteo is a strong plus,
  though not required- we understand this platform exposure is less common
