BabyOrgano is a growing D2C brand focused on safe, natural, and effective products for babies, kids, and families. We are looking for a Retention & Google Ads Executive who can drive both customer retention and paid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute customer retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, etc.
- Develop campaigns for repeat purchases, reactivation, cross-sell, upsell, abandoned carts, and customer engagement.
- Manage customer segmentation and personalized communication based on customer behavior and purchase history.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, ad-copy testing, and campaign optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, CLTV, repeat purchase rate, and overall marketing ROI.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with Creative, E-commerce, Performance Marketing, Content, and Customer Support teams.
- Continuously test new campaigns, audiences, offers, creatives, and customer journeys.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Consumer Brands.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Performance Marketing.
- Good understanding of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Experience with CRM / Retention Marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, AOV, and CLTV.
- Experience with WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Push Notifications, or CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
Good to Have
- Experience with GA4, Google Merchant Center, Shopify, or CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, Interakt, etc.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and D2C marketing funnels.
