We are looking for a Revenue Manager. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of a dynamic premium lifestyle hotel in the heart of Budapest, working across rooms, segments, channels and market strategy.

Job Description

You will take ownership of the hotel’s revenue strategy, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term commercial objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing the hotel’s overall revenue management strategy
• Optimising occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability
• Managing pricing, inventory, restrictions and distribution across all relevant channels
• Analysing market trends, competitor activity, demand patterns and booking behaviour
• Leading forecasting, budgeting and commercial performance analysis
• Identifying new revenue opportunities across segments and channels
• Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to maximise total hotel performance
• Providing clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations to the leadership team
• Monitoring performance and taking decisive action in a rapidly changing market
• Supporting a culture of data-driven, commercially smart decision-making

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a strategy conversation.

You bring:

• Proven experience in Revenue Management within hotels
• Strong understanding of pricing, forecasting, distribution and demand management
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about market trends
• Confidence using revenue management and hotel technology systems
• The ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge conventional thinking
• Fluency in English and in Hungarian
