About this role

THE MAISON

Founded in 2016, Polène is a French leather goods house that cultivates exceptional craftsmanship through timeless pieces with organic designs. Driven by international expansion and the elevation of our handbag and jewelry collections, we are currently structuring our organization by surrounding ourselves with talents capable of upholding our standards at every stage of the customer experience.

This artistic ambition, supported by the skill of our 800 artisans in our Ubrique workshops in southern Spain, is now expressed through a globally renowned network of boutiques.

Join our Copenhaguen team as a Part-Time Sales Advisor to write the next chapter of our story and promote this exceptional universe to an international clientele.

JOINING US

Our boutiques are the windows into the Polène universe: places of expression where our artistic identity meets a refined international clientele.

By joining us, you become part of an adventure driven by a passion for exceptional leather goods and a keen sense of hospitality. You will thrive in a dynamic, world-class environment, delivering remarkable service with serenity and precision to meet the expectations of a discerning clientele.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creator of the Polène Experience

  • A True Host: You accompany your clients through every step of their visit. From their first step into the boutique until their departure, you ensure that every interaction is marked by constant attention and service excellence.

  • Brand Ambassador: You embody our brand image and build a privileged relationship with each client. Your professionalism and interpersonal ease allow you to provide tailor-made guidance, transforming every visit into a memorable, authentic, and personalized experience.

  • Product Expertise: Thanks to your in-depth knowledge of our collections, you offer complementary selections that enrich the shopping experience. You provide relevant advice by introducing clients to our full range of exclusive services.

Operational Responsibilities

  • You manage payment procedures, opening and closing registers, and providing personalized assistance with tax-free formalities.

  • You actively contribute to the development of our client database (CRM) and participate in daily reporting to share the boutique's key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • As a guardian of the House’s image, you ensure the boutique is impeccably maintained and our collections are beautifully showcased. You support the logistics team with stock management and participate in rolling and fiscal inventories.

Boutique Opening and Closing

  • You prepare the point of sale to welcome our clients under the best conditions (setting up equipment, verifying merchandising, and restocking register supplies).

  • After closing, you secure financial flows (settlements, register closing) and transmit daily reporting. You also ensure the sales floor is restored to perfect condition for the following day.

YOUR PROFILE

  • With at least 2 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, you have mastered the codes of exceptional customer service. While experience in luxury or leather goods is appreciated, we primarily value your ability to embody a culture of excellence, regardless of your background.

  • You possess a genuine sensibility for craftsmanship and "savoir-faire." You know how to enthusiastically share the history of our pieces and the nobility of our materials, turning every sale into an inspiring narrative.

  • Naturally welcoming, you create an authentic and memorable connection with every visitor. Your rigor, attention to detail, and high adaptability allow you to offer consistently high-quality service, with particular care given to every interaction.

  • You thrive in a team environment and cultivate mutual support daily. Your autonomy and dynamism allow you to navigate our iconic locations with ease and serenity, even during peak periods.
