Job Description
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role sits within our global Sales Operations organisation and partners with the EMEA and LATAM LinkedIn Sales Solutions business to shape and execute go-to-market strategy. You will work with senior stakeholders both regionally and globally, across sales leadership, pricing, strategic finance, business operations and systems, to crack the strategic questions facing the region and to help design the go-to-market model that answers them.
The role spans strategy, go-to-market design, planning and the operational rhythm that holds all of it together. On the strategy side you will lead and support projects that shape how the region sells, covering segmentation, coverage models, productivity and the structural questions that sit behind them. You will be expected to take an ambiguous business question, structure it, analyse it, and come back with a recommendation a senior leader can act on.
Planning runs on a semi-annual cycle. Every six months we design and deliver territories and quotas to the sales teams, and you will play a hands-on part in that. Alongside it sits the operational rhythm of the business: weekly forecasting, business reviews, and the reporting infrastructure that makes the whole picture legible to the people making decisions.
We are deliberately scoping this role with AI at its centre, and we mean building rather than simply using. Part of that is automating recurring reporting so the team spends its time on judgement instead of assembly. More of it is using AI to drive insight from a large and rich data estate, and to build tools that our go-to-market organisation adopts and relies on. We are looking for someone who has already shipped work of this kind somewhere else and wants to do more of it here. Practical, demonstrated AI capability matters more to us in this hire than a long sales operations résumé. You should be open-minded about challenging the status quo and comfortable working in a rapidly changing organisation, because a good part of this job is changing how the team itself works.
About the Team
You will be joining EMEA and LATAM LSS Sales Operations, a small but mighty team supporting the region's enterprise and SMB businesses. LinkedIn Sales Solutions is uniquely positioned for the wave of innovation unfolding in AI: LinkedIn sits on one of the richest professional datasets in the world, and AI draws its power from data. The growth and innovation possibilities for this business over the next few years are significant, and this team sits close to them.
Responsibilities
Build and ship AI-powered solutions for the go-to-market organisation, spanning automation of recurring reporting, acceleration of analysis, and tools that sales and operations partners adopt and depend on
Surface insight from large operational, CRM and financial datasets to identify leading indicators, risks and opportunities, and turn them into decisions the business acts on
Partner with stakeholders regionally and globally, across sales leadership, pricing, strategic finance, business operations and systems, to shape and land go-to-market decisions for the region
Contribute to go-to-market design, including segmentation, coverage models, territory design and quota setting, and bring a point of view on how the model should evolve
Lead and support strategic projects that shape how EMEA and LATAM sells, translating ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear, actionable recommendations
Play a hands-on role in the semi-annual planning cycle, designing and delivering territories and quotas in partnership with finance and cross-functional stakeholders
Build, strengthen and maintain the reporting infrastructure for the region, and use it to surface the trends and insights that matter to sales leadership
Coordinate and support the weekly forecast process, and help sales leaders build a clear and honest view of the quarter
Communicate findings clearly and confidently to a senior audience, translating a large volume of data into a small number of decisions
