Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Technology & Onboarding to support the successful implementation of new clients into our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operating model.

Working closely with Operations, Technology, Product, and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in analyzing trade data, documenting integration requirements, and identifying technology-driven solutions that support efficient and scalable client onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an interest in financial technology and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new BPO clients, ensuring onboarding activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform detailed analysis of incoming and outgoing trade files, including documenting mapping requirements for internal technology teams and third-party vendors.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating operational needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, and external stakeholders to design and implement onboarding and integration solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, controls, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support the development of junior team members through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and guidance, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Analyst, Technology Onboarding, Implementation, Post-Trade Operations, or related role within financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Experience working with data mapping, system integrations, or operational technology platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to document requirements and analyse complex workflows accurately.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to team success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
