About this role

In this role, you'll be exposed to a wide range of systems, tools, and processes well beyond Salesforce and Conga, giving you the chance to build a broader technical skill set with every new project. We foster a culture of continuous learning, and our Grow My Way programming and skills-first approach ensures you have the tools and knowledge to grow, lead, and thrive in an AI-enabled future

About the Role

This is not a role where you sit inside one system. The Senior Systems Integration Engineer builds and operates integrations across our full Commercial and Corporate Systems landscape, with deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Conga, alongside the other systems and technologies in our stack, including example like SAP, our core platform for financial processes. If you want to keep expanding what you know rather than go deep in one product forever, this role is built for that.

You will be one of the founding members of a new M&A team, responsible for how we bring acquired and divested businesses into our systems. That means more than building integrations. It means understanding how new products, leads, customers, contracts, and capabilities actually land in our environment, and making sure they land well. Every deal is different, so every project asks something new of you: new data, new systems, new problems to solve.

You will own end to end integration quality, standardize how we work, drive automation where it makes sense, and troubleshoot issues as they come up. You will work closely with business as usual teams to make sure integrations close real project gaps and deliver real value, not just technical completeness. In this role you will:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end integrations between Salesforce and Conga, and the wider systems landscape
  • Build real-time and batch integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations
  • Ensure reliable data synchronization between Salesforce, Conga and other platforms\

About You

You bring broad, hands on experience across integration and systems work, with strong depth in Salesforce and Conga. You're just as comfortable picking up a new system or tool as you are working in one you already know well. You're a fit for this role if your background includes:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; an advanced degree is a plus
  • 6+ years of experience in systems integration, with strong depth in Salesforce and Conga
  • Strong experience with SQL and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, Apex callouts, Platform Events)
  • Proven experience with Conga solutions (Composer, Contracts, Grid, Trigger)
  • Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data transformations
  • Experience with at least one integration/middleware platform (SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of system integration patterns and architecture
  • Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, Lightning)
  • Broad experience across different systems and a genuine appetite for learning new technologies
  • A track record of partnering with business as usual teams to land integration solutions that actually work
  • Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Comfort acting as the link between business and IT, making sure integration solutions meet real business needs
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to build executive-level presentations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, constantly shifting environment
  • Energy, drive, and a natural ability to build relationships
