Job Description

1. 1. Plan, develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in the company;
   2. Take ownership and manage recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via the various channels mainly for high-volume recruitment;
   3. Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and on-boarding processes;
   4. Identify and engage with the best talent on the market, both locally and internationally;
   5. Undertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on our interview process and managing their expectations effectively;
   6. Develop strong external knowledge of corresponding labor market to provide guidance and advice to internal clients/stakeholders; e.g. market analysis, candidate profiling etc.
   7. Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires;
   8. Assemble and provide data and statistics related to high-volume recruitment for key stakeholders;
   9. Prepare and monitor budget for recruitment activities;
   10. Work closely with hiring managers to understand, assess and plan hiring needs;
   11.  Plan and follow through with recruitment campaigns;
   12.  Maintain & implement unified policies and procedures;
   13.  Optimize process workflows efficiently;
   14.  Work closely with Employer Branding team within candidate attraction;
   15.  Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed;
   16. Maintain post-placement contact to ensure that new hires have been successful;
   17. Secure TA team’s competence and high performance standards;
   18.  Engage in various projects or initiatives within TA area
   19. Collaborate with TA colleagues in other locations.

Qualifications

1. 1. 2+ years proven hands on experience in recruitment, preferably in a large company
   2. Experience with high-volume recruitment
   3. Experience in analyzing complex recruitment data
   4. Excellent knowledge of English
   5. Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools
   6. Strong strategical mindset & analytical thinking;
   7. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
   8. Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders;
   9. Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
   10.  Confident in influencing and negotiating with all levels of seniority, along with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally;
   11.  Meticulous with a strong attention to detail;
   12.  Sees each requisition as a project and plans accordingly;
   13. Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles.
