About this role
Key Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional technical programs from inception to delivery, including cloud migrations, infrastructure scaling, and tool chain consolidation.
 Partner with Engineering Leads and Product Management to define the infrastructure/Platform roadmap, prioritize backlog items, and align them with overall business goals.
 Proactively identify technical dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks. Formulate mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
 Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
 Oversee initiatives focused on system availability, latency, performance, efficiency, and capacity management (SRE principles).
 Ensure all infrastructure initiatives adhere to strict security, compliance, and governance standards (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).
 Translate complex technical infrastructure concepts into clear, actionable business impacts for non-technical stakeholders.
 Provide transparent, data-driven status updates, metrics, and dashboards to leadership regarding infrastructure health and project milestones.
 Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
 Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
 Facilitate effective communication across teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
 Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and implementing best practices in program management.
Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships as required for program success.
Administer and optimize program workflows using Jira, including configuring boards, managing backlogs, and generating actionable reports for leadership.
  Oversee the end-to-end release management process, coordinating release schedules, ensuring successful deployments, and managing communications with stakeholders before, during, and after releases.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Engineering Manager, or Scrum Master, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Infrastructure, DevOps, or Cloud-native environments..
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architectures.
Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and architecture principles.
 Strong foundational knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
 Experience with cloud cost optimization and budget management.
  Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
