We are seeking applications from motivated individuals for Service Platform Full Time Super User to join our team.

Position Overview

The Service Platform Full-Time Super User is responsible for supporting the successful implementation, adoption, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Sandvik’s Service Platform within PT Sandvik SMC operations supporting PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI).

The role serves as the dedicated local functional expert, trainer, communicator, and change champion, connecting business operations and end users with regional/global Service Platform teams. The position ensures the platform effectively supports asset and lifecycle management, work order and maintenance processes, workshop/service operations, supply chain integration, data quality, and operational performance.

The Full-Time Super User will drive system utilization, user capability, business process testing, data integrity, communication, and continuous improvement, ensuring the Service Platform becomes an effective operational tool and delivers sustainable value to both the business and customer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Environment, Health & Safety

  • Demonstrate proactive commitment to Sandvik’s EHS culture and Zero Harm ambition in all activities

  • Ensure Service Platform processes support safe, compliant, and effective maintenance and service execution, including accurate safety-critical equipment and maintenance information

  • Comply with applicable PT Sandvik SMC EHS policy requirements

  • Actively support EHS improvement through reliable data, process compliance, and the authority to stop and report unsafe work or conditions

2. Service Platform Functional Ownership

  • Act as the Full-Time Super User and primary local functional expert for IBM Maximo / Sandvik Service Platform

  • Provide local business and operational context while ensuring alignment with Sandvik global standards

  • Coordinate functional issues, business requirements, and improvement opportunities with regional/global Service Platform teams

3. Asset & Lifecycle Management

  • Support effective asset and equipment lifecycle management, including asset hierarchy, equipment history, maintenance information, and component activities

  • Ensure Service Platform data supports equipment performance, reliability, lifecycle, and maintenance decision-making

  • Promote effective use of asset and maintenance history for operational improvement

4. Work Order & Maintenance Management

  • Support the end-to-end work order lifecycle, from creation and planning through execution, completion, and closure

  • Promote effective preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance processes within the Service Platform

5. Data & Master Data Management

  • Champion data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across the Service Platform

  • Support governance of asset, maintenance, work order, and other relevant master data

  • Drive corrective actions for data-quality gaps and promote consistent data-entry standards

6. System Implementation & Business Process Testing

  • Support gap analysis, Business Process Testing (BPT), UAT, implementation, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization

  • Coordinate local testing and ensure system functionality meets business and operational requirements

  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, issue resolution, and continuous improvement

7. Training & User Capability Development

  • Act as the primary local resource for Service Platform end-user training and coaching

  • Coordinate training requirements, onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing user competency development

  • Review and maintain training materials, user guides, and local documentation in alignment with Sandvik global standards

8. Change Management & Communication

  • Act as a local change champion and key communicator throughout implementation and post-go-live

  • Communicate project updates, process changes, system enhancements, and expected ways of working to end users

  • Collaborate with local and global Change Champions to drive user adoption and sustainable ways of working

9. User Support & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the main point of contact for end users, providing functional guidance, troubleshooting, and coordination of issue escalation

  • Coordinate closely with the Service Platform Project Manager throughout implementation, roll-out, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities

  • Collaborate with the Territory Manager, General Manager, Business Line Managers, and relevant functional leaders to ensure Service Platform priorities are aligned with business and operational requirements

  • Work effectively within Sandvik’s matrix organization, collaborating with regional/global Service Platform teams, other Business Lines/Sales Areas, and relevant subject matter experts

  • Collaborate across Workshop, Service, Technical Support, Parts & Services, Logistics, Finance/Accounting, EHS, IT/Digital, HRGA, to ensure effective end-to-end process integration and timely resolution of issues

  • Engage regularly with operational teams and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support sustainable system adoption

10. Reporting, Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor relevant indicators including work order performance, maintenance compliance, asset history, system adoption, and data quality

  • Analyze Service Platform data to identify trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities

  • Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes, strengthen system utilization, and maximize business value from the Service Platform

Requirements (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, IT, Business with relevant technical exposure, or other relevant engineering/technical disciplines

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in mining, heavy equipment, maintenance, workshop/service operations, asset management, lifecycle management, supply chain, or similar industrial environments

  • Good understanding of asset and lifecycle management, work order management, maintenance engineering, maintenance planning and execution, and service/workshop processes

  • Good understanding of Supply Chain Management, including spare parts, inventory, procurement, material availability, and logistics processes

  • Good understanding of data management, master data, data quality, and ERP/enterprise systems

  • Knowledge or experience with IBM Maximo / Maximo Application Suite is a strong advantage ; experience with other CMMS, EAM, ERP, or maintenance/service management systems is also relevant

  • Experience in system implementation, BPT/UAT, training, process improvement, or change management would be advantageous

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills

  • Confident in delivering training and coaching to individuals and groups and engaging effectively across different organizational levels

  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, can-do attitude, and continuous-improvement mindset

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Customer-centric mindset with structured problem solving and resilience under operational pressure

  • Execution discipline

  • Clear communication and governance capability ; can create alignment across diverse internal customers
