About this role

This 3 month internship is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing. As a Social Media Intern in the Social Media Department of Bukhash Brothers, you will play a key role in content creation and assisting in the management of social media accounts. This is an unpaid internship aimed at developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the planning and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Creating and editing content, including graphics, videos, and captions for assigned social media accounts.
  • Supporting the team in brainstorming creative campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Attending events and activations to capture and create engaging content.
  • Monitoring engagement, responding to messages and comments, and helping maintain online community interactions.
  • Tracking and reporting on social media insights, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Analyzing paid social media campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinating with different departments to align content with company news, product releases, and key activations.
  • Researching competitor activity within the digital space and identifying industry trends.

  • Proficiency in web tools and content creation software.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Fluency in writing and reading Arabic


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
