Social Media Lead

Role Overview We are seeking a scrappy, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Lead to support the day-to-day execution of the organic social ecosystem. Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you will act as the maestro behind the content engine, coordinating creators, managing production workflows and calendars, tracking performance, and helping scale the brand's presence across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in content operations, creator coordination, community engagement, and performance analysis. While strategic thinking is important, success in this role comes from strong execution, curiosity, and a passion for building audiences.
