Social Media Manager (Hospitality)
About this role
Host Stand Agency is looking for a Social Media Manager who can grow into ownership of both organic and paid social media across its client portfolio.
The exact initial scope may evolve depending on client needs, team growth, and how responsibilities are divided with the senior creative/content lead. Over time, this person is expected to manage social media more broadly, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, campaign execution, paid social management, performance analysis, and optimization.
The role is likely to support hospitality and lifestyle clients, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, travel brands, and other consumer-facing businesses. The ideal candidate combines strong creative judgment with commercial awareness and is comfortable working across both brand-building and performance-driven social media.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with each clientβs brand, audience, campaigns, and business goals
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual direction across client accounts
- Track content performance and prepare clear reports with insights and recommendations
- Identify relevant trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments that brands can use authentically
- Support campaign ideation for launches, events, seasonal promotions, and special offers
- Help manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign setup, testing, optimization, and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather feedback, approvals, and campaign information
- Manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and content workflows simultaneously
- 4+ years of experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or multiple client accounts
- Strong experience with organic social media strategy, content planning, publishing, and community management
- Hands-on paid social experience
- Experience working with hospitality, restaurants, hotels, travel, lifestyle, food and beverage, or consumer brands
- Excellent English and the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media best practices
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools
- Experience creating content calendars and managing approval workflows
- Experience analyzing campaign insights, identifying trends, and making optimization recommendations
- Good visual judgment and the ability to brief creative teams effectively
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
- Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting recommendations
