Own and optimize social media channels and paid performance campaigns in Malaysia, driving engagement, qualified leads, and measurable ROAS within target budgets. Key Performance Indicators: • Launch and optimize ad campaigns for growth • Increase engagement and follower growth steadily • Improve ROAS and reduce CPA over time • Develop high-performing content calendars • Deliver monthly performance reports and insights Qualifications: • 5+ years social media/performance marketing experience • Experience managing online ads and performance campaigns • Based in Malaysia with local market understanding • FMCG vertical experience preferred • AI certification preferred (e.g., marketing AI tools) Additional Information: Remote working arrangement, amazing benefits, medical insurance and a great working culture.Qualifications

- 5+ years social media/performance marketing experience
