Software Engineer - Performance Marketing

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Growth team. You'll work closely with the Growth team and play a key role in building high-impact playable ads by turning game mechanics into fast, engaging, and scalable interactive experiences.

Requirements

• Experience with Unity and C# for mobile game development

• Understanding of game mechanics and interactive experiences

• Ability to build optimized, lightweight mobile content

• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and proactive mindset

• Passion for mobile games and player-centric design

• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

• Nice to have: Experience developing playable ads or working on performance marketing projects; familiarity with design tools

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test interactive mechanics for playable ads

• Build engaging, high-performing ad experiences for mobile campaigns

• Iterate on playables to improve engagement and conversion

• Optimize playables for performance, smoothness, and file size

• Use A/B testing and data to improve ad performance

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout development

• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in playable ads
