About this role

About AiPrise

AiPrise is a YC-backed, Series A company building the global compliance infrastructure for financial services. We help banks, fintechs, cross-border payment providers, stablecoin and crypto companies, and marketplaces gain a 360° view of every business they onboard, anywhere in the world.

Through a single integration, we connect 800+ data sources and 80+ verification partners across 200+ countries, powering KYB, KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring for companies like Meta, Airwallex, Fireblocks, and Bridge.

Our AI Agents help compliance teams do more with less, resolving more cases, catching more fraud, and scaling operations without scaling headcount.

We're ~60 people, Series A funded, and obsessed with a single problem: making compliance feel simple for the teams who live in it every day.

Borders shouldn't be blockers. Compliance is hard. AiPrise shouldn't be.

The Role

As a Staff Product Manager at AiPrise, you'll shape the direction for a major area of our compliance platform, making difficult tradeoffs under ambiguity that influence multiple teams. You'll own the direction of a major product area, make hard tradeoffs under ambiguity, and raise the bar for how product management is done across the company.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Shape product direction for a major product area, making difficult tradeoffs under ambiguity that influence multiple teams.

  • Create a multi-year product strategy across your domain and align stakeholders around a shared vision.

Execution

  • Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, anticipating risks and resolving blockers before they stall delivery.

  • Improve execution across teams through disciplined planning, prioritization, and measurement.

Customer & Data Insights

  • Develop deep expertise in customer behavior, product performance, and data trends to shape strategy.

  • Use data to influence cross-functional decisions and uncover new product opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

  • Influence leaders across multiple organizations and raise the quality of product management company-wide, mentoring PMs and sharing frameworks that elevate the broader team.

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep teams aligned on progress, tradeoffs, and decisions.

Customer Engagement

  • Conduct customer interviews and translate insights into product requirements and strategy.

  • Partner directly with enterprise and strategic accounts, including running demos and executive-level conversations.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–12+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and driving execution across multiple teams or a major product domain.

  • Proven experience owning and shipping products end-to-end in fintech, compliance, or developer-facing products.

  • Comfortable evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve product speed, quality, and outcomes.

  • Experience partnering with engineering on model-driven or automated decisioning systems.

  • Strong technical background — you can debug an API integration with an engineer and reason about system tradeoffs.

  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-driven: you can land in a new domain, get up to speed quickly, and drive outcomes without hand-holding.

  • Holds the line on priorities under pressure from customers and internal partners.

Benefits & Perks

Time Off

  • Flexible/PTO policy (accrued each pay period, usable from day one).

  • Paid parental leave.

  • Company holidays observed annually, shared during onboarding.

Perks

  • $350 home office stipend - one-time reimbursement to set up your workspace.

  • Annual company onsite - the full team comes together once a year, with travel and accommodation fully covered.

  • Annual performance bonus based on company plan.

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (US benefits).
