Requirements

Under the supervision of a faculty member conducting a research project, the Research Assistant is responsible for assisting the faculty member in a variety of administrative tasks related to the research project. This may include but is not limited to, researching the relevant legal source materials, conducting reviews of the relevant academic literatures and analyzing data, and drafting articles and books for scholarly publication.

 

Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation

The work performed by this position supports the research activities of faculty. Research and the creation and dissemination of knowledge are key aspects of the University’s mission. The Faculty Research Assistant reports to a member of the faculty and to the Associate Dean of Research. The Faculty Research Assistant has no direct reports.

 

This position has been designated as Hybrid 3 Days.
