• Talent professionals who naturally build relationships, understand people, and create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Recruiters with strong sourcing instincts, social media fluency, and the drive to keep learning new tools, platforms, and recruiting strategies.
• Clear communicators who can manage multiple searches, hiring priorities, and stakeholder relationships with accuracy, pace, and attention to detail.
• Collaborative partners who stay organized, positive, and solutions-focused while supporting hiring managers and restaurant leaders across the business.
• Creative recruiters who know how to tell a compelling employment story through job ads, social content, outreach, and candidate conversations.
• Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred, especially with social recruiting, employer brand, or AI-enabled sourcing, but curiosity, judgment, and a desire to grow are just as important.
