  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future hiring needs.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, direct outreach, and talent communities.

  • Manage employer branding presence across career sites, social media platforms, partnerships, and professional networking channels.

  • Support university recruiting initiatives by building relationships with target institutions, coordinating campus engagement activities, and managing internship and entry-level talent programs.

  • Represent Chatham at career fairs, campus events, networking opportunities, and recruiting-related activities both virtually and in person, as needed.

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and university recruiting outcomes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, talent market trends, and effective selection processes.

  • Support onboarding activities to help new employees successfully transition into the organization.

Your impact:

  • Help attract and hire high-performing talent that supports Chatham’s strategic growth and business objectives

  • Strengthen partnerships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders to deliver efficient and effective hiring outcomes.

  • Enhance Chatham’s employer brand through positive candidate experiences and meaningful engagement with talent communities.

  • Contribute to the development of sustainable talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.

  • Support internship and university recruiting programs that help cultivate emerging talent and expand access to career opportunities.

  • Provide data-driven insights that inform hiring decisions, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.

  • Partner with Human Resources, business leaders, and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure alignment across recruiting initiatives.

Contributors to your success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 2-5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including recruiting across multiple business functions and geographic regions.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding.

  • Experience supporting university recruiting programs, internship initiatives, and entry-level talent hiring.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance considerations across multiple jurisdictions

  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates through a variety of recruiting channels and technologies.
