We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced SaaS environment and has a proven track record recruiting for Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering. This is a high-impact position where you'll help us scale our teams across multiple geographies while continuing to support other areas of the business as needed. You'll report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and act as a strategic recruiting partner - someone who knows how to build strong relationships with hiring managers, design smart sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer. We need someone sharp and resourceful who thrives in a fast-moving environment, knows how to run high-volume recruitment processes without compromising on quality, and brings strong sourcing instincts to find talent in competitive markets. You're comfortable juggling multiple roles and stakeholders at once, prioritising on the fly, and keeping pipelines moving even when priorities shift.
