About this role
Objetivo de la posición:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de la planificación y estrategia comercial de la compañía, liderando y coordinando las actividades de sellout del equipo de desarrolladores y mercaderistas.
Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los pasos de la venta (SOM), un excelente nivel de servicio a los puntos de venta y el cumplimiento de las visitas y objetivos de venta, en apego a los lineamientos estratégicos de la Gerencia de Zona.
Requisitos:
- Estudios Universitarios en Administración de Empresas
- Manejo de excel e inglés avanzado
- Experiencia laboral previa, mínima de 3 años, como: Supervisor, Representate o Negociaciones de Ventas
- Experiencia en comercialización de productos alimenticios y/o consumo masivo. Manejo de canales de venta y clientes
- Experiencia en liderar equipos de trabajo
- Licencia de conducir y disponibilidad para usar vehículo propia
- Disponibilidad a visitar las diferentes zonas a cargo
