About this role
Für eine renommierte, international tätige Industriegruppe im Raum Salzburg suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit für die Leitung der Personalverrechnung. Die Position ist langfristig angelegt und bietet die Möglichkeit, sowohl operativ als auch strukturell gestaltend tätig zu sei – insbesondere im Zuge der Einführung eines neuen HCM-/Payroll-Systems.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche Leitung der Personalverrechnung (Teamgröße: ca. 2–3 Personen)
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Payroll fĂĽr Angestellte und Arbeiter
- Key-User-Rolle bei der EinfĂĽhrung eines neuen HCM-Systems inkl. Payroll
- Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Payroll- und HR-Prozessen
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Mitarbeitenden, insbesondere im gewerblichen Bereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Leitung und Finance
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Kollektivvertrags metalltechnische Industrie
- Erfahrung in der Industrie oder einem vergleichbaren Produktionsumfeld
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Erfahrung mit modernen Payroll- / HCM-Systemen (z. B. Moonsoft, BMD, SAP oder vergleichbare Systeme – kein Muss)
- FĂĽhrungserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend Voraussetzung
