About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Technical Presales Executive to support our sales team by understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable technology solutions, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
    • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and business challenges.
    • Participate in customer meetings and requirement-gathering discussions.
    • Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and solution documents.
    • Assist in designing and recommending technology solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
    • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer technical queries.
    • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to develop solutions.
    • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and industry developments.

Required Skills
    • Basic understanding of Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Good communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to understand business and technical requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Support, IT Consulting, or Solution Engineering.
    • Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
