Job Description
We're looking for Freshers [Technical Trainer Intern] to come in and help us take our team to the next level. Initially for 6 months you will get the Stipend of 15K/month later after completion of internship based on your performance your package will be revised between 3.5-6 LPA with 2 years of bond. We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer Intern to deliver training sessions under the guidance of experienced trainers to join our Technical Training team. The ideal candidate should be able to work on any cloud technology and should be open to upgrades and travel to deliver training to various clients post becoming full time.
Education: - BE/B.Tech/MCA 2025/2026 Passouts only
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and Deliver Training Sessions offline/online as per the business requirements on various Cloud providers
2. Collaborating with senior trainers to develop training programs and materials.
3. Creating slides, case studies, and labs that complement training topics and enhance learning.
4. Assist with uploading training content and day-to-day LMS Operations
Technical Skill (Must have expertise on min 2 of the following)
1. Knowledge of any cloud technology (GCP/AWS/AZURE)
2. Good Knowledge on at least 1 programming language
3. Knowledge of GenAI, AIML, Data Science will be good
4. Good with networking and Linux concepts
5. Basic cyber security concepts.
Skills
1. Strong communication and presentation skills.
2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Relentless learner and the passion to pick up recent technologies
4. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
6. Prior experience or working knowledge of how to design, create and deliver training programs, including course syllabus and agendas, participant guides, user guides, exercises including scenarios and solutions, handouts, power point presentations, tests, surveys for satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
