Tender Specialist

We win contracts that place healthcare workers where South Africa & the UK needs them most. That takes more than good writing — it takes someone who's obsessed with detail, lives by deadlines, and knows how to build a winning submission from scratch.

The role

You'll own the full tender lifecycle — from portal alerts and RFQ responses to final submission. You'll work across internal teams to pull together pricing, compliance documents, and supporting evidence, then package it all into bids that win. No two tenders are the same. That's what makes it interesting.

What you'll do

• Source and track tender opportunities across government and private sector portals
• Compile, quality-check, and submit compliant, compelling bid documents on time, every time
• Coordinate with finance, legal, operations, and senior leadership to gather inputs
• Maintain a live tender register and post-submission feedback tracker
• Build and improve our library of templates, boilerplate content, and case studies

What you bring

• A sharp eye — errors on a tender cost us contracts
• The ability to work under real deadline pressure without cutting corners
• Strong written communication; you can turn complex information into clear, persuasive copy
• Experience in tender/bid coordination, procurement, or a related field is advantageous — but if you're junior and hungry, we're listening
• Familiarity with eTender, CIDB, or similar portals is a bonus
