This role plays an important part in supporting student success by helping create a secure, respectful, and inclusive testing experience for all students, including neurodiverse students and students with disabilities.   The successful candidate will assist with exam invigilation, student support, front-line customer service, and tutoring and administrative duties while maintaining academic integrity and confidentiality. This position requires professionalism, adaptability, patience, teamwork and the ability to remain calm in fast-paced or high-stress situations.   This is a part-time role working 5-30 hours per week based on operational needs. We are particularly seeking candidates with availability to work up to 30 daytime hours per week, including regular availability between 10:00am to 2:00pm, as well as evenings and weekends as required.
