About this role

YOUR ROLE AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Executive Assistant’s primary duty is to ensure that all stated, unstated, and anticipated needs of the clients are cared for and actioned with the highest quality, regardless of who worked on the task. You will be responsible for managing the client and their expectations, managing usage and available resources and promoting the values of MySigrid.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be expected to perform the following:

  • Build strong business relationships with your clients by ensuring high quality of work on all tasks, regardless of who worked on it.
  • Manage client complaints and resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Manage client’s usage through proper planning and setting client’s expectations. Consequently, increase usage of under-utilized accounts by working closely with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality resolution of all tasks, in compliance to Sigrid’s SOPs.
  • Perform daily overall health check of each clients’ account
  • Manage resources through proper delegation and monitoring of work quality.
  • Effectively manage day to day work, primarily focused on account clean-up, task resolution, and time management
  • Identify learning opportunities and coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to put together a recommendation for the company’s overall improvement.
  • Ensure the quality of work of all staff on all client-related tasks.
  • Ensure that the client’s preferences and information are captured and stored securely in compliance to our SOPs

As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1–2 years' experience in an administrative role in any industry
  • candidates with BPO experience is an advantage
  • A high level of spoken and written business English: the ability to use the language fluently and accurately on all levels and as normally pertinent to professional needs; the ability to understand and participate in any conversation within the range of one's own personal and professional experience with a high degree of fluency and precision of vocabulary
  • Excellent time management skills: knows how to prioritize work and able to multi-task to get things done in an efficient manner
  • Can handle research, preparation of presentations, data entry, maintenance and monitoring of memberships, online accounts, and bills payable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
  • Has high attention to detail
  • A strong sense of customer service and enjoys anticipating the needs of others
  • With strong analytical skills and is able to understand information immediately
  • Ability to work efficiently, think clearly and solve tasks accurately under pressure
  • Pro-active and resourceful self-starter
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment
  • With a quiet place at home away from any disturbance, a laptop, a smartphone, and fully running Wi-Fi connection of 10mbps or higher

Co-Working days

MySigrid has co-working offices in BGC, Ortigas, and Makati where the whole team meets once a month at a minimum.
