About this role

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Apprentice to support our HR team in day-to-day HR operations and gain practical exposure to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes.
  • Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related activities.
  • Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and documents.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative and HR coordination tasks.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
  • Willingness to learn and take up multiple HR responsibilities.
