Account Manager – Client Servicing

About the Role
We're looking for an Account Manager to own day-to-day delivery and relationship management for a set of client accounts, coordinating across SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative to ensure every deliverable lands on time, on brief, and at the quality bar our clients expect. You'll be the connective tissue between client expectations and internal execution - translating objectives into clear briefs, keeping trackers and TATs honest, and flagging risks before they become problems.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day communication and relationship management for assigned accounts
- Convert client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Coordinate execution across SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social and Creative, keeping timelines and TATs on track
- Run client calls, status updates, and performance discussions with confidence
- QC deliverables before they go to the client - accuracy and polish are non-negotiable
- Close the loop on client feedback and rework, quickly and without chasing
- Track performance against agreed KPIs and scope, and flag gaps or opportunities proactively
- Support upsell/cross-sell conversations as account needs evolve
- Partner with senior management on account strategy, scope, commercials and retention
- Flag risks and dependencies early - no surprises for clients or leadership
What You Bring
- 2–3 years in Client Servicing / Account Management, ideally at a digital or integrated marketing agency
- Working knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative - enough to brief, question and QC each discipline
- Sharp communication and stakeholder-management skills, written and verbal
- Strong ownership instincts and follow-through - things don't fall through the cracks on your watch
- Comfort juggling multiple accounts and internal teams at once, in a fast-paced environment
- Ease with data, reports, dashboards and client-facing presentations
Good to Have
- Experience on integrated/360° accounts with multiple senior stakeholders
- Working familiarity with GA4, Search Console, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio (or equivalent)
- A track record of driving account growth, upsell or cross-sell
- Awareness of AEO/GEO and AI-driven search as an emerging discipline
