Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Business Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a business-focused role combining executive support, lead generation, client communication, presentations, and commercial follow-up.

The candidate will help the CEO identify new opportunities, approach potential clients, manage initial discussions, and move qualified leads through the business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Contact new leads through email, LinkedIn, calls, events, and referrals.
• Respond to business enquiries received through the CEO’s office.
• Understand and qualify client requirements, budgets, timelines, and decision-making authority.
• Arrange client meetings and prepare meeting briefs.
• Prepare company presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals.
• Attend meetings with the CEO and document decisions and next steps.
• Follow up with leads and clients until the opportunity progresses or closes.
• Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Coordinate qualified opportunities with the relevant internal teams.
• Provide the CEO with regular summaries of leads, meetings, pending actions, and required decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, client relations, account management, or executive business support.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation, client handling, and business presentations.
• Excellent organization, research, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and AI tools.
• Interest in technology, AI, software, and digital solutions is preferred.
