About the Role

We are looking for an Marketing Consultant II to join the Affiliate Marketing Team at Farmers Insurance, a high-impact group focused on driving scalable customer acquisition through strategic partnerships with third-party publishers. This team collaborates with a diverse network of content creators, media partners, and comparison platforms to deliver high-quality, compliant content that educates consumers while generating measurable business results.

As the Affiliate Marketing Program continues to scale, this role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving partner performance, and ensuring operational excellence. You will support performance analysis, campaign optimization, and partner engagement while contributing to the growth and effectiveness of a performance-based marketing model.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze affiliate partner performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency across traffic sources and lines of business (LOB)
  • Validate performance results, monitor for anomalies or potential fraud, and ensure compliance with program standards
  • Support the optimization of marketing campaigns through data analysis and testing (including A/B testing initiatives)
  • Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners, providing day-to-day support and ensuring alignment with program goals
  • Contribute to campaign planning and execution, including content initiatives such as newsletters and partner communications
  • Create and analyze business-to-consumer marketing content (email, direct mail, digital assets) to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Support business-to-business marketing initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders across sales, legal, product, and external partners
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance marketing performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, technology) to improve tracking, reporting, and campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and execute test-and-learn strategies to continuously improve performance and customer experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate and digital marketing
  • 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with agency partners, publishers, or third-party marketing platforms is a plus
  • Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
  • Power BI (Entry Level)
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing decisions
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and performance validation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with performance-based marketing models (e.g., pay-per-lead, affiliate programs) is a strong plus
  • Exposure to campaign testing (A/B testing) and optimization strategies
