About this role

Thomson Reuters is seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Operations Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our team.

About the Role:

  • * Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire training materials and completing necessary paperwork.
  • * Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office administration.
  • * Organize and maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • * Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • * Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
  • * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment through teamwork.


About You:

  • * Currently pursuing studies or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • * Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles.
  • * Demonstrated ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • * Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • * English (communication / written basic level)
