Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with the QA and development teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in testing of AI-based features, validating model responses and data accuracy.
- Support regression, functional, and UI/UX testing efforts.
- Contribute to documentation of test results and QA processes.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools for test case generation, defect analysis, or automation support.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts (STLC, SDLC, test case design, etc.).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Interest or basic exposure to AI tools, automation, or prompt-based testing workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn new testing methodologies.
