Job Description

• Coupon Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the development and management of customer-specific discount campaigns (coupons) as part of ABOUT YOU's CRM measures mix to increase customer retention and loyalty
• Campaign Management & Personalization: Independently plan, execute, and evaluate coupon campaigns across various customer segments, countries, and channels to sustainably increase Customer Lifetime Value
• Data-Driven Optimization: Develop new and optimize existing coupons along the customer journey, and proactively integrate personalized discounts into holistic revenue planning with a clear focus on incrementality
• Testing & Performance Control: Design, execute, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests, as well as measure the success of campaigns using relevant KPIs and derive actionable recommendations
• Feature Development: Drive the conceptual and technical development of the coupon feature to continuously optimize the shop's user experience
• Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Independently manage interfaces with CRM, Marketing Intelligence, Pricing, Performance Marketing, and Tech, as well as lead cross-functional (multi-stakeholder) projects

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing) and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in CRM, Pricing, Performance Marketing, or Analytics
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data and numbers, quick comprehension, as well as a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a structured, independent way of working
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills for working successfully in a dynamic environment, with confidence in managing stakeholders
• Cross-Functional & Tool Competence: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) as well as experience in stakeholder management
• Language Skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Nice to Have: Passion for fashion and e-commerce, combined with a strong sense for customer communication tailored to different target groups
