What a Successful Program Manager (Transformation) Does

  • Break down strategic goals into structured analyses, tasks, and clear deliverables.
  • Support cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Servicing, Billing, Product, and Technology.
  • Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and issue identification to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Help design and execute small-scale pilots across onboarding, servicing, and pricing.
  • Track KPIs, analyze pilot performance, and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Assist in converting successful pilots into operational processes with Product and Technology teams.
  • Prepare polished executive-ready documents, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Maintain strong project discipline—timeline tracking, risk logs, RAID items, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight and proactively push progress forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • 1–4 years in business operations, strategy execution, consulting, or process improvement (internships acceptable if highly relevant).
  • Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured components.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data manipulation and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and slide‑building skills (comfortable presenting to managers and directors).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through without constant direction.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, Big 4 Advisory) or comparable consulting/project-based environment.
  • Exposure to transformation, operating model redesign, or customer experience improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with process mapping tools and project tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in payments, financial services, or fintech preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving toolkit (hypotheses, root-cause analysis, stakeholder interviews, KPI frameworks).

  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the selection process.
