Job Description

• Ensuring a positive dining experience, handling complaints, and maintaining high service standards
• Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and handling complaints
• Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Ensure that the restaurant is stocked with necessary supplies at all times
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including promotions, special events, and menu updates
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Coaching staff, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting team growth and productivity
• Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees’ hours and recording payroll data
• Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality; food service management in luxury hotels or resorts
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and operational procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
