Sales Closer - Onsite CPT

Fundwell is hiring elite closers for our Cape Town sales floor.

Fundwell is a financial technology platform changing how businesses access capital. Traditional business financing means complex processes, hidden fees, and long approval times. We do it differently, and we do it fast.

Using proprietary technology, deep industry expertise, and an ethical-first approach, we deliver quick, transparent, tailored funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. Our Cape Town team is scaling, and we're looking for two Sales Account Executives to help drive it.

The Role

This is a closing seat. You'll work qualified, in-market leads through to funded deals — building trust with US business owners, structuring the right funding solution, handling objections with poise, and getting the deal over the line.

You own the back half of the sales cycle: consultation, negotiation, close, and funding. Success here is measured in funded deals.

• Tech-savvy — prior CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and quick to adapt to new tools and processes
• Competitive edge — a background in high-pressure, competitive environments (athletics, hospitality, high-volume sales) is a strong plus

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (essential); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
• 2+ years' sales experience with demonstrable closing responsibility
• Fluent, neutral-accent English (written and verbal)
• Able to work on-site in Cape Town CBD during US business hours: (14:00 - 23:00 or 15:00 -00:00)
• Clear criminal and credit record (financial services requirement)

Advantageous

• Prior experience selling into the US market
• Fintech, lending, merchant services or financial services background
• Experience in a commission-led closing environment

Competitive basic salary plus uncapped tiered closing commission.
