Job Description

Are you passionate about luxury hospitality, creating memorable events, and building relationships with clients? We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator – Events to support our Sales & Events team in delivering exceptional experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start and develop a long-term career in hotel sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Events Sales team throughout the entire sales process.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and banquet event documentation.
• Coordinate event details with internal departments to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on leads and assist with client communications.
• Monitor event schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Assist in site inspections and client visits.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department when required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in both Turkish and English is required.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
