About this role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Team Lead - Developer with strong technical understanding of .NET Core and Angular technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering web application projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, quality-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for web application development using .NET Core and Angular.
- Manage end-to-end software project delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and support teams.
- Track timelines, risks, and project milestones using task management tools.
- Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, and cost estimations.
- Communicate progress with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to management.
- Manage client communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee deployment processes and post-production support.
- Monitor team productivity, performance, and delivery efficiency.
- Define, track, and review employee KRAs and KPIs aligned with project goals.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide improvement guidance.
- Ensure release readiness and deployment coordination.
- Handle change requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience managing application development projects
- Working knowledge of .NET Core, Angular, APIs, and mobile application lifecycle
- Experience using task management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience in ERP product environments.
- Jewelry domain exposure is an added advantage.
