Key Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming and professional front-desk reception for students, families, and visitors
- Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate student records using MySchoolSask (MSS)
- Assist with attendance tracking, data entry, and reporting
- Support school administration with scheduling, communication, and general office duties
- Ensure confidentiality of student and staff information
Qualifications:
- Office administration experience preferred
- Experience with MySchoolSask (MSS) or other student information systems is an asset
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment
