Test Management Intern

CONTEXT

As a Test Manager intern, you will become a key member of our Quality Assurance team, contributing to the harmonisation of testing practices and the exploration and implementation of AI-driven testing solutions across our domain. You will work closely with an existing Test Manager, embedded in a Product team, reporting to a senior member of the QA leadership.  

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

By bringing valuable insights and a quality-focused mindset, you will contribute to the evolution of our testing landscape.

• Support the harmonisation of testing methodologies: Assist in documenting, standardizing, and promoting best practices for testing within & across various product teams, aiming for improved efficiency and consistency in our ways of working.
  • Contribute to AI for testing initiatives: Participate in the research, exploration, and initial implementation phases of AI-powered testing tools and strategies, helping to identify potential use cases and measure their impact on testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborate with Test Managers embedded in Product Areas: Work alongside embedded Test Managers to understand their specific testing challenges, gather requirements for harmonisation efforts, and support the integration of new testing approaches and tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of test strategies, test plans, and test reports.
  • Help organize and facilitate workshops or training sessions related to new testing tools or methodologies.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? (What skills do they need to succeed)

• You are doing a master's degree or are recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong interest in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies like AI.
• You can follow a rapid learning curve and show impactful results (be a doer) after a short discovery phase.
• You can understand transversal topics from IT to Business requirements, with an ability to grasp the big picture of quality assurance within a large organization.
• You have a quality-orientated mindset, with an eye for detail and can propose improvements in our testing processes and deliverables.
• You are effective in communication and can work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and other test managers.
• You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid of new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Eager to master Test Management and Quality Assurance within an IT environment
• Skilled in Microsoft 360 (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel & Word), know-how of Atlassian Suite is a bonus.
• Strong proficiency in English and French is a must.
• You are available for a 6-month internship with a start date in April 2026
• You are eligible for an internship agreement.
