Summary

Nasoft is hiring on behalf of Makaseb for a B2B Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven marketing professional to lead B2B marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, and collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and maximize marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall B2B marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target industries, customer segments, and buyer personas.
  • Build and manage quarterly marketing plans and campaign calendars.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Oversee website content, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and social media.
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to create presentations, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and present marketing insights to leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Previous experience in a B2B services company, digital marketing agency, or SaaS environment is required.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, buyer personas, and marketing funnels.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to support pipeline growth.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with email marketing, content marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions & Benefits:

  • Working days: 5 days (From Sunday to Thursday).
  • Working Hours: 9 hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), including a 1-hour break.
