About this role

  1. Job Role. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions and implementation of HR policies in the unit.

  1. People Cost. Responsible to maintain the people costs -
  2. Wage Bill. Wage bill should be under the control. It must be within 90% of Budgeted payroll.
  3. Pay Process. Responsible for processing the monthly payroll of the unit.
  4. Hiring cost. To manage all costs incurred in hiring a person including vendor, job portal, campus, referral, travel costs, Annex cost etc.
  5. Unit Compliance. To maintain the required labour registers pertaining to the unit. Responsible to initiate the Performance appraisal in the unit and sending it to HO for completion.
  6. Talent acquisition. Responsible for the recruitment of Evolve Back Coorg employees based on the arising vacancies.
  7. Attrition. Monitoring the attrition rate and reasons for the same. Conducting exit interviews and keeping the record for reference and monitoring.
  8. Employee Welfare. Responsible to maintain the required standards in staff cafeteria also be implementing the revised menu time to time, staff accommodation, staff transport.
  9. Employee Grievance. Attending departmental meetings, addressing and resolving employee grievance pertaining to the job and job related and counselling of staffs.
  10. Generalist. Responsible for overall functions like manpower planning, manpower budget, attending inquiry, promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions & action plans.
  11. Employee Engagement. Conducting monthly GM’s address, new hire meetings, listening/skip level sessions, staff welfare / Cafeteria committees meeting as per calendar.
  12. Reward & Recognition. Implementation of Reward & Recognition programs – monthly awards, individual, team, appreciation etc.
  13. Product Knowledge.Should have thorough knowledge of Resort & Operations.
  14. Liaison. Liaison with PF/ESIC/Labor department/Hospitals. Frequent meeting with them.
