Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end store & hub performance across ops, inventory, SLA & dispatch.
  • Manage peak-hour manpower and rider allocation to meet demand.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO/FEFO compliance & shrinkage control.
  • Drive last-mile performance including rider productivity & TAT.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, cost control & daily KPI tracking.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / Last Mile operations.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, inventory & dispatch.
  • Proven people management & shift leadership experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
