Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate business opportunities by pitching National Pension System (NPS), Gratuity Funding Solutions, and Group Insurance Schemes & Corporate Financial Wellness program to corporate organizations. The role involves identifying prospects, connecting with HR Heads, Finance Managers, CFOs, and business decision-makers, fixing appointments for the sales team, and supporting lead conversion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and call prospective corporate clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust database of HR, Finance, Payroll, and CXO-level contacts.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, databases, and digital platforms.
Product Pitching
- Explain the benefits of:
- Corporate NPS
- Gratuity Funding Trust Solutions
- Group Term Insurance
- Group Mediclaim Insurance
- Group Personal Accident Insurance
- Educate decision-makers on tax benefits, employee retention benefits, and compliance advantages.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule meetings and presentations for Relationship Managers and Business Development teams.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure high meeting conversion ratios.
Lead Management
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, discussions, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Track pipeline and update management on daily activities.
Relationship Building
- Develop professional relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads, CFOs, Payroll Managers, and Business Owners.
- Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities effectively.
Sales Support
- Assist in proposal sharing, document collection, and preliminary client onboarding activities.
- Support awareness sessions, webinars, and corporate campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, B2B sales, insurance sales, banking products, employee benefits, or financial services.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to interact with senior corporate decision-makers.
- CRM handling and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
